PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain at least either miniaturization of outside parts of a vehicle in a vehicle antenna or improvement of the fitting workability of the vehicle antenna to a vehicle body. SOLUTION: Antenna element 12 is provided to the vehicle antenna in a manner of being projected from amplifier cases 16, 26 storing an amplifier board 14. The amplifier cases 16, 26 are placed inside of the vehicle, and the antenna element 12 projected from the amplifier cases 16, 26 is furthermore projected from an opening provided to a vehicle body panel toward outside of the vehicle. A seal 42 and an external cover 34 are placed to the outside of the vehicle to cover the projected part of the antenna element 12, and machine screws penetrated through holes formed to a fixed piece 22 of a lower amplifier case 16 are used to tighten and fix the amplifier cases and the external cover 34.
