PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components with a simple constitution, to temporarily lock or to surely completely lock a locked object on a desired height position on the vertical strip material, and to be easily and quickly moved to change its position, and demounted. SOLUTION: A locking plate spring 3 shaped in such manner that at least its lower part and upper part of a vertically long spring steel plate are applied as pressure contact parts 9, 13 to a front inner wall 8 or a rear inner wall 11 of the vertical strip material 1, and its central part is applied as a pressure contact part 12 to the rear inner wall 11 or the front inner wall 8, is engaged in the vertical strip material 1. An intermediate member 19 for mounting the locked object is connectable with the locking plate spring 3, a bolt 14 and a nut 15 are unrotatably engaged in a screw receiving part 16 of the locking plate spring 3, and a fastening nut 17 is engaged with the bolt 14, or a fastening bolt 18 is engaged with the nut 15, from the outside of the vertical strip material 1 to be fastened.
