PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw capable of preventing the leakage of noise in rolling balls and the like to the external from a pair of mating members constituting a ball circulation member, and the intrusion of foreign matters such as dusts into a ball returning passage. SOLUTION: A projecting part 29 is formed on a mating face 26a of one 26 of the pair of mating members 26, 27 constituting the ball circulation member, along the longitudinal direction of a groove part 28, and a recessed part 30 is formed on a mating face 27a of the other mating member 27 along the longitudinal direction of the groove part 28.
