<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery system capable of restraining the freezing of product water at start-up by shortening a warm-up time. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with a fuel battery 1 equipped with one or a plurality of cells making power generation by the use of fuel gas and oxidant gas, and further provided with a constant current control circuit 6 at least adjusting a current taken out of the fuel battery 1.
