<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction price calculator, a transaction system and a computer program for setting a price plan capable of expecting total amount of stay prices or total amount of profits as maximum as possible, when setting a transaction price for a transaction object such as a stay price in an accommodation or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A period up to a transaction time limit, an attribute of a transaction request receiving address or the like, the transaction price, and a result of a transaction amount of expected transaction due to the transaction price are formed preliminarily into a database as a database 10a for price calculation, and the transaction price for the transaction object is automatically calculated in the every attribute to make the total amount of the transaction prices or the total amount of the profits as maximum as possible, based on a recorded content in the database 10a for the price calculation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
