PURPOSE:To make wear in a piston seal preventable from being accelerated so remarkably, by dividing each piston rod at both external and internal fitting sides into more than two parts, while connecting them with a spherical joint, and making rotation of each rod tip so as not to be transmitted to a piston. CONSTITUTION:When a large piston 8 is operated in an X-axial direction, a piston rod 25 and the arm body 24 tightly attached to its tip both go forward and backward in the X-axial direction. And, when a small piston 20 is operated, a piston rod 1 goes forward and backward in the X-axial direction, driving the clamp and unclamp of a tool clamper 27. In addition, when spline gear 6 and 7 are turned round by piston racks 4 and 5, the tubular piston rod 25 is turned round, turning the arm body 24 around an X-axis. Here, since rotation of the rod 25 is not transmitted to the large piston 8, a piston seal 8a of the piston 8 is in no case worn out in an early stage. Likewise, a block 3 also rotates with rotation of the arm body 24 but this rotation is not transmitted to the piston rod 1 so that the small piston 20 is in no case rotated. |
