PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire vulcanizing method constituted so as to simultaneously satisfy a plurality of the request characteristics with respect to a bladder, to uniformize the gauge distribution of the bladder and to keep excellent mold releasability over a long period of time without requiring repairing work, and a tire vulcanizing apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: Two bladders 6A and 6B are inserted in a green tire T in a superposed state to vulcanize the green tire T while filling the bladders 6A and 6B with a heating pressure medium M. The inside bladder 6A coming into contact with the heating pressure medium M is constituted of a first rubber composition ensuring the shielding of steam and the outside bladder 6B coming into contact with the green tire T is constituted of a second rubber composition ensuring mold releasability.
