PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve and obtain necessary information by a fact that one user (information provider) of it is registered as a data base and individual users access the data base of one user from a cellular phone or a personal computer by utilizing the existing e-mail network. SOLUTION: The information provision system is constituted so that the information provider is registered in the e-mail network as one user, the users of each cellular phone or each personal computer connected with the e-mail network type keywords of desired information in a "subject" column of an e-mail addressed to the information provider and an e-mail processing module of the information provider's personal computer retrieves information which the information provider has based on the keywords.
