PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator device capable of adequately assisting the clutch operation. SOLUTION: By gripping a clutch lever 12 of a motorcycle, a wire cable portion 14A is pulled, and a swing lever 23 is pivotably driven around a pivotably-driven shaft 30. The pivotably-driven quantity is detected by a sensor 24, and output to a CPU as the output signal according thereto. The CPU receiving the output signal from the sensor 24 operates the pivotably-driven quantity, and outputs the drive signal to an electric motor 22 based thereon. When a rotary shaft 22a of the electric motor 22 is rotated, a screw shaft 26 is rotated via a coupling 25, and a nut 29 is moved in the axial direction to assist the swing lever 23 to be pivotably driven in the direction of an arrow A. Therefore, the electric motor 22 is immediately responded to the operation of a rider operating the clutch lever 12, and outputs the assist force to the swing lever 23, and a clutch device disconnects the power via a wire cable portion 14B connected to the swing lever 23.
