PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for suppressing the operation of a device due to unauthorized takeout to prevent the robbery of the device main body or data leakage due to unauthorized access. SOLUTION: A BIOS22 compares the current date of an RTC24 with a due date stored in a confidential area(NVRAM) 221, and decide whether or not the current date of the RTC24 has reached the due date, and when the current date of the RTC24 exceeds the due date, the BIOS22 executes start suppression processing, and sets this system in a start suppression mode.
