PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of a heat pump device capable of easily performing alignment between the driving pulley of a power source and the driven pulley of a compressor and adjustment of tension of a belt to be wound around the pulleys. SOLUTION: This outdoor unit 1 of a heat pump device comprises the driving pulley 7 fixed on the drive shaft 6 of an engine (power source) 2, the driven pulley 9 fixed on the rotation shaft 8 of the compressor 3, the belt 10 wound around the driving pulley 7 and the driven pulley 9, a bracket 11 for integrally fixing the engine 2 and the compressor 3, a projection 12 provided to the bracket 11 in the direction orthogonal to the drive shaft 6, a groove 13 provided on the bottom part 3a of the compressor 3 in the direction orthogonal to the rotation shaft 8 and engaged with the projection 12, and a long hole 16 provided to the bracket 11 with being placed by the side of the projection 12, through which a fixing bolt 14 of the compressor is inserted.
