<p>A papermaking machine has an arrangement (1) of heavy rotating drums (2, 3) within a frame (6) which is secured by an anchor (18). The anchor (18) is esp. secured by supplementary unit (28-31) which can be released by movement of the anchor. One end of the anchor pivots on the frame. The frame has two or more drums. The anchor is fixed to the frame forming an enclosed ring of forces around the drums through the frame and anchor. The frame upper face (9) is inclined to the vertical and is essentially parallel to a plane defined by the drum (2, 3) axes (11, 12), with the anchor attached to the upper face.</p> |
