The invention relates to a method for producing a conductive contact part (10) for a detachable electric plug- in connection. Said method provides a contact element (20) comprising a bushing part (23), sections of which contain longitudinal slits and which has ribs (26) distributed around its periphery. A sleeve part (30), which can surround the bushing part (23) and cover the ribs (26), comprises two opposing end faces (31, 32). The sleeve part (30) is placed and positioned in an approximately coaxial manner in relation to the bushing part (23), in such a way that it covers the ribs, the positioned sleeve part (30) being locked by one of its two faces (31, 32) on the bushing part (23). The bushing part (23) is elastically twisted about its central axis (13), in such a way that the ribs (26) arc towards said central axis (13) and the other face (32, 31) of the sleeve part (30) is locked on the bushing part (23) that is held in a twisted position against the elastic restoring force of the ribs (26). A contact part (10), designed for mass- production, with defined elastic properties of the ribs (26) can thus be produced in a reproducible manner (10). |
