<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic separation method capable of efficiently atomizing a solution in an ultrasonic atomization chamber to mist and separating the solution of high concentration by efficiently recovering a desired substance contained in the mist generated from the solution, and an ultrasonic separation apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic separation method for the solution, the solution containing the desired substance having a physical property becoming a surface excessive state by migrating to a surface is subjected to ultrasonic vibration in the ultrasonic atomization chamber 4 to atomize it to the mist, the atomized mist is transferred to a recovery part 5 with a conveying gas and the desired substance is recovered in the recovery part 5 by coagulating it to separate the desired substance from the solution. Further, in the ultrasonic separation method, the temperature of the conveying gas in the ultrasonic atomization chamber 4 is made higher than the temperature of the conveying gas in the recovery part 5 by 5°C or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
