PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coronavirus disinfectant having effective antiseptic effect on coronavirus and having high safety on human. SOLUTION: A composition containing at least one kind of compound selected from hinokithiol and its salt and derivative as a main component and containing at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or vehicle is used. For example, 0.5% hinokitiol is uniformly mixed with 97.5% alcohol, 1% purified water and 1% dipropyleneglycol to provide a liquid agent and the liquid agent is packed into a bottle, etc. and is used as a disinfectant for coronavirus.
