PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an unpredictable variation of an update cycle of random numbers associated with lot drawing so as to prevent advantage generated by operating a start switch of a game machine at certain timing. SOLUTION: The game machine has rotation reels, a stop switch for stopping rotating of the rotation reels, a reel driving part for driving the rotation reels, and a reel position detecting part for detecting rotating positions of the rotation reels. A random number update stop signal generating part is provided so as to instruct a random number generating part to stop or restart the update of the random numbers at a specified timing. For example, the update of the random numbers is stopped on the basis of a signal from the stop switch, and it is restarted based on a stop signal of the rotation reels generated from the reel driving part or the reel position detecting part.
