Provided is an energy storage apparatus having a giant reticular carbon material which is distributed among giant pores, intermediate pores and minute pores, therefore it shows high electricity capacity and high power performance. The energy storage apparatus having the giant reticular carbon material is characterized by occupying 500-2500m^2/g or more in entire surface area, in which pores with 17-100,000Å in diameter account for 20-80% of the entire surface. By measuring distribution of pore size on a basis of H-k dv/dlog(W) pore size distribution, one or more first distinctive peaks are obtained to represent 20Å and less in pore size. By measuring distribution of pore size on a basis of BJH dv/dlog(D) pore size distribution, one or more second distinctive peaks are obtained to represent 125Å or more in pore size. |
