<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunomodulator containing an immunoglobulin derived from milk and blood of mammal, an immunoglobulin derived from egg and blood of domestic fowls and their enzyme treated materials as active ingredients. <P>SOLUTION: The immunomodulator comprises at least one kind of substance selected from the immunomodulator containing the immunoglobulin derived from milk and blood of mammal, the immunoglobulin derived from egg and blood of domestic fowls and their enzyme treated materials as an active ingredient. The immunomodulator comprises, preferably, the immunoglobulin derived from milk of mammal and/or its enzyme treated material as the active ingredient. The enzyme treated material comprises, preferably, Fab fragment and/or Fc fragment of the immunoglobulin derived from milk of mammal and/or the immunoglobulin derived from egg of domestic fowls. The immunomodulator promotes expression of cytokine and promotes production of the immunoglobulin by orally ingesting the immunomodulator.
