<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the accelerative simulation test of tribo-microplasma reaction for producing tribo-microplasma reaction in an accelerative manner simulatively and collecting a reaction product to analyze the same, and an apparatus therefor. <P>SOLUTION: This testing apparatus of the accelerative simulation test of tribo-microplasma reaction is replaceably equipped with a device equipped with a vacuum tank and the reaction product collector connected thereto and constituted so as to simulatively produce microplasma by the gas discharge between parallel flat plates to cause the chemical reaction due to the plasma, a device for producing electrons in tribo-microplasma simulatively to cause the chemical reaction due to the electrons, a device for producing photons in the tribo-microplasma simulatively to cause the chemical reaction due to the photons and a device for producing friction heat simulatively to cause the chemical reaction due to friction heat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
