<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic marking system capable of detecting the passage of a cattle from which the electronic mark is dropped or of which the electronic mark malfunctions, and enabling a prescribed countermeasure to the cattle to be automatically taken. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic marking system is constituted of a detector 5a/5b for detecting the presence of the cattle 3, a reader 6 for reading an identification information of the cattle 3 memorized in the electronic mark 4, and a controller 7 for starting an alarm device 8 and a recording device 9 based on the signal from the reader 6 based on the reception of a signal from the detector 5a/5b. The passage of the cattle 3 carrying the normal electronic mark 4, the cattle 3 from which the electronic mark is dropped, and the cattle 3 carrying the malfunctioning electronic mark 4 can be detected, and the cattle 3 from which the electronic mark is dropped or the cattle 3 carrying the malfunctioning electronic mark can be recognized and confirmed by the start of the alarm system 8 for informing the passage of the cattle 3, and the recording device 9 for marking the cattle 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
