<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photopolymerizable composition having high resolution, capable of forming a high strength cured film (tent film), and capable of using water as a dispersion medium, and to provide a dry film photoresist with a photopolymerizable composition layer comprising such a photopolymerizable composition. <P>SOLUTION: The photopolymerizable composition comprises (A) a binder component comprising a carboxylic polymer, (B) a monomer component comprising a polymerizable monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated bond, (C) a latex of polyurethane system ionomer resin particles capable of forming a resin film having a tensile elongation of ≥100% by itself, and (D) a photopolymerization initiator.
