<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric transducing composite material which can be suitably used in various fields as a vibration-damping material or the like, absorbs vibrations or the like from the outside as strain energies to efficiently convert it into electricity, retains sufficient piezoelectric properties even when maintained for long terms under a high temperature condition and is suitably used for applications requiring heat resistance by employing a piezoelectric transducing material which is low-cost and excellent in mass-productivity and handleability, and to provide a manufacturing method of the piezoelectric transducing composite material. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the piezoelectric transducing composite material comprises a crushed piece-dispersed material preparation step for preparing the crushed piece-dispersed material by dispersing in a matrix material the crushed piece obtained by crushing a piezoelectric transducer formed of the piezoelectric transducing material containing a main chain liquid crystal polymer.
