PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective technology which reasonably discharges a substance to be discharged in a wastewater recycling apparatus to the outside of the wastewater recycling apparatus, in the wastewater recycling apparatus for discharging treated water produced by treating inflow wastewater as recycled water to a recycled water transfer destination. SOLUTION: A first treatment mechanism 101 of a septic tank 100 has a discharge device 200 which can discharge water to be treated, in the upstream region of a flow control device 124 to the outside of the first treatment mechanism 101 by overflow. A tubular member 202 of the discharge device 200 is disposed so that its inlet part 202a is positioned in the bottom region 116 of a contact aeration chamber 110, and has a structure where an inflow port 101a and an overflow pipe 208 are connected to a defined region 204.
