SERVER, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING CHARGING DESTINATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging destination determining server and a system thereof capable of flexibly and densely narrowing down the range of application charging of an information provider.

SOLUTION: The charging destination determining server (50) is inserted into an information-provider (12) who provides information via a network and a user terminal (11) connected to the information provider (12) via the network. This server (50) is provided with a means (20) for acquiring position identification information and connection destination information of the user terminal; an adaptive area storing means (30) for storing adaptive area which the information provider previously designates for each charging application target; a connection destination determining means (26) for determining whether or not the connection destination requested by the user terminal is a target to which charging to the information provider is applied on the basis of the connection destination information; an area determining means (27) for determining whether the position identification information of the user terminal matches the adaptive area; and a charging destination determining means (25) for determining whether or not the information provider should be charged, on the basis of a determination result by the connection destination determining means and a matching result by the matching means.
