PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for increasing momentum cleanly without causing environmental pollution, atmospheric pollution, heat generation, or increase in construction cost. SOLUTION: The equipment for increasing momentum comprises: a rotary drive section consisting of a first rotator produced by embedding a first permanent magnet group in a first nonmagnetic rotating section; an electromagnet arranged to face the first permanent magnet group and a drive circuit; and a power generating section consisting of a second rotator produced by embedding a second permanent magnet group in a second nonmagnetic rotating section and a generator arranged to face the second permanent magnet group. The first rotator and the second rotator are coupled by a shaft through a bearing, the first rotator is rotated by driving the drive circuit with an input power, and an output power is obtained from the power generating section when the second rotator is rotated by rotation of the first rotator through the shaft.
