PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated granular fertilizer manufactured in which a polyurethane resin coating layer is formed on a wax coated granular fertilizer and particles are hardly stuck to each other. SOLUTION: In the coated granular fertilizer, a granular fertilizer is coated with the wax layer and the polyurethane resin layer, at least one polyurethane layer is formed on the outside of the wax layer, and hardened oil and sodium sulfate of 0.01-0.2 wt% in total to the granular coated fertilizer are held on its surface.
