PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing fixture of a concrete block suitable for use in a construction site. SOLUTION: The manufacturing fixture 10 is composed of a base plate 12 having an opening portion 18, a plurality of bolts 14, 14 and the like supporting the base plate 12, and an adjusting piece 16 attached to the bolt 14. The manufacturing fixture 10 is placed on a sheet 24, and a plurality of plates 26, 26 and the like stand so that they enclose the manufacturing fixture 10. In this case the plates 26 stand so that they contact a protruding portion 22 of the base plate 12 and the adjusting piece 16. Ready mixed concrete is cast into the thus made mold frame comprising the plate materials 26, 26 and the like and the sheet 24. The ready mixed concrete is cast also below the base plate 12 through the opening portion 18 to fill the whole of the mold frame.
