PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination direction and angle measuring apparatus for a wind mill precisely displaying the inclination direction and angle of a central nail of a wind mill on a game board in numerical values or a picture and allowing anyone to easily and surely maintaining the wind mill. SOLUTION: This inclination direction and angle measuring apparatus for the wind mill is provided with a measuring device having a reference device in its tip, a three-dimensional gyroscopic sensor fixed to a part of the measuring device, a computing means analyzing outputs from the three-dimensional gyroscopic sensor, a storage means storing data from the three-dimensional gyroscopic sensor and the computing means, an input means inputting them in the computing means, and a display means displaying an analytical result of the computing means. A measurement surface of a reference device in the tip of the measuring device is made to abut on the upper surface of the wind mill on the game board to measure the inclination direction and angle of the central nail of the wind mill.
