<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam soil sterilization technique simple in laying a steam feed pipe, causing no variation in soil heating temperature, ensured to be containable compactly, thus enabling a spike pipe method to be put to practical use. <P>SOLUTION: The steam feed pipe 1 for use in steam soil sterilization is provided. This steam feed pipe 1 has heat resistance to steam and airtightness and comprises a main hose 2 formed of a synthetic resin cylindrical body or cloth cylindrical body with such flexibility as to be free to bend and to be laid on soil surface and a number of spike tubes 3 connected at specified intervals to the main hose 2 in its longitudinal direction and functioning to inject steam via steam injection ports 32 into the soil by spiking into the soil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
