<p>An automatic blood analyzer whereby inspection over a large number of items can be carried out by using a small amount of blood even in the case of an infant or a patient with a serious disease, in the case of whom the inspection cannot be effected with the use of the conventional automatic blood analyzers, and highly accurate measurement data contributing to efficacious treatment at the early stage can be obtained. To achieve this object, the analyzer has, between a specimen nozzle of a specimen-dispensing unit and a rinsing water-supplying line, two dispensing lines, i.e., a dispensing line of dispensing in a definite amount or more by using a microsyringe and a pressure dispensing line of dispending in a definite amount or less, and a unit wiping off the outer surface of each dispensing nozzle before and after dispensing a specimen and a reagent.</p> |
