PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera platform device by which a television camera can be attached at the optimum position of a camera mount without depending on operator's experience and sense. SOLUTION: In the camera platform device, a pair of piezoelectric elements 40 and 42 is arranged in the joint part of the bracket 22 of a tilt shaft 20 and the camera mount 24. The piezoelectric elements 40 and 42 are attached to both sides across the core 20A of the tilt shaft 20, and attached in a position so as to receive the load of the television camera 12 through the camera mount 24. The electric signals from the piezoelectric elements 40 and 42 are output to a microcomputer 44. When the electric signal is output from the piezoelectric element 40, only an LED 48 is lighted in red, and when the electric signal is output from the piezoelectric element 40, only an LED 50 is lighted in red. Further, in the case the electric signals output from the piezoelectric elements 40 and 42 are equal, both the LEDs 48 and 50 are lighted in green. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
