PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel system arrangement structure for a motorcycle capable of providing a compact structure by efficiently arranging a fuel system part in a limited space around an engine and securing effective capacity of a fuel tank. SOLUTION: This structure is provided with the engine, the fuel tank 10 arranged above the engine and below a seat, an injector supplying fuel to the engine, and fuel supply parts (fuel hose 62, delivery port 116, coupler 115, fuel pump 109, filter110, regulator) for supplying fuel in the fuel tank 10 to the injector 50. The fuel supply parts include a fuel filter 110 in a fuel suction side arranged near a lower surface in the fuel tank and a fuel pump 109 for sending fuel sucked through the filter 110 out of the fuel tank 10.
