PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable transporting container though simply structured which enables a plurality of the folded containers to be stacked in a manner of fully preventing them from shifting in position both in lateral and fore-and-aft directions. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left side frames 3 are foldably provided on a base frame 1, and legs 17 capable of being fitted with the upper part of the standing side frame 3 from upward are provided on both sides of the lower part of the base frame 1. A coupling 10 extending inwardly at the right angle is provided on the lower part of the side frame 3, and an internal end 13 of the coupling 10 is coupled rotatably with respect to the side of the base frame 1. A restricting body 15 located outward on the side face of the base frame 1 when standing, and shifting fore-and-aft from above the leg 17 when being laid horizontally is connected from the lower part of the side frame 3. The shift in the fore-and-aft direction can be prevented by the contact of the leg on the upper transporting container with the regulating body on the lower transporting container. The shift in the lateral direction can be prevented by the contact of the leg on the upper transporting container with the side frame on the lower transporting container. Although the container is of a simple structure consisting of the coupling and the regulating body, the folded transporting containers can be stably stacked in a manner of fully preventing them from shifting in position both in the lateral and fore-and-aft directions.
