摘要 The invention comprises a circuit for rectifying an electrical current, its use and a method in a parallel processing network. With the invention, a rectifier can be realized with three transistors. The first transistor (Mp1, Mn1) is connected directly between the power supply voltage (VDD2, VSS2) and the current output node, the second transistor (Mp2, Mn2) is connected directly between a separately adjustable power supply voltage (VDD2, VSS2) and the current input node and the third transistor (Mp3, Mn3) is connected directly between the current input node (Vi) and the current output node (Vo). With the method according to the invention the separately set power supply voltage can be optimized such that the behavior of the rectifier can be adjusted to compensate for errors due to the processing of the circuit or emphasize a certain operating range. The rectifying circuit according to the invention is especially well suited for use in image processing in massively parallel processing networks.
