PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a packet retransmission request which has no problem in an error detection by a CRC (cyclic redundancy check) but is equivalent to an HDLC (high level data link control) protocol violation. SOLUTION: Before error detection performed by the CRC, the detection of a "0" insertion violation of the HDLC protocol is performed. Specifically, when five bits just before an end flag are "11111" before deletion of "0", "0" should originally be inserted after the final bit.
