An optical disc, and a method and a computer readable medium for preventing an illegal usage of the same disc are provided to definitely prevent an illegal usage of an optical disc in which a recording zone is separated from a reproducing zone, and to reduce a disc illegality check time. The method comprises several steps. It is checked whether an optical disc is in reproducing data or recording data(S2). In a case that the optical disc is in reproducing data(S3), it is checked whether the optical disc is a legal one or not(S4). In a case that the optical disc is a legal one, a data reproducing process is performed(S5). In a case that the optical disc is in recording data(S1), it is checked whether the optical disc is a legal one or not(S4). In a case that the optical disc is a legal one, a data recording process is performed(S5).
