A steel fiber for concrete reinforcement is provided to increase the bonding strength with concrete by having excellent cross section and hanging structure and to increase tenacity and tensile strength structurally. The steel fiber(10) for concrete reinforcement contains bends(11) formed on both ends and many press parts(12) formed on the outer circumference of the steel fiber(10) at regular intervals to form many rugged parts on the surface of the steel fiber(10) to increase the contact area with concrete and to have a hanging structure by being filled with concrete.
