A high durable photocatalyst film which is a laminated film having a substrate film and, provided thereon via a protective layer, characterized in that a film exhibiting a specific performance in an accelerated weathering test by means of a sunshine weatherometer is used as the substrate film, an organic-inorganic graded film is used as the protective layer, and said laminated film exhibits a specific performance in an accelerated weathering test by means of a sunshine weatherometer; and a structure which has a surface being provided with said photocatalyst film thereon and exhibiting the photocatalytic function.
