摘要 A method for post-treating carbon nanotubes is provided, which keeps desirable electrical characteristics of carbon nanotubes and effectively removes pollutants formed on carbon nanotubes by using UV pulse laser. The carbon nanotubes are produced by growing carbon nanotubes on a substrate, and radiating UV pulse laser on the carbon nanotubes in a vertical direction to the substrate under vacuum, wherein the UV pulse laser is used to remove impurities such as catalytic metals existing on the end part of carbon nanotubes. The UV pulse laser for post treatment has 200-600mJ/cm2 of power and 10-30mm/sec of scanning rate, and the UV pulse laser scanning is performed with a mechanical galvanometer.
