A PR(Public Relation) system for facilitating voluntary service applying network marketing on the Internet is provided to enable a volunteer to smoothly operate various kinds of PR activities and volunteer activities with various kinds of feedback through response analysis for the PR activities on the Internet without system or personal capability by collecting the volunteer through the Internet. The volunteer is collected/registered to a voluntary service center(S3). The volunteer registers the voluntary service by selecting a place needed the voluntary service(S4). Various kinds of voluntary service package programs are downloaded from a voluntary service package server by an Internet PR system(S6). The volunteer sends various kinds of PR publications made by the Internet PR system to each place included in an address book of the volunteer or joins in offline activity. Persons responding to the PR are joined in as the volunteer again.
