A method and a device for water proof test are provided to search a leakage part regardless of external pressure by using rubber stoppers. A device for a water proof test includes a first rubber stopper(11), a second rubber stopper(12), a water tank(13), and a test tube(14). The first rubber stopper(11) has an air injecting hole(111) in such a manner that one side of a drain pipe(300) is sealed. The second rubber stopper has a water injection hole(122) including an adjusting knob(122a) and an air injection hole. The air injection hole is formed in such a manner that another side of the drain pipe(300) is sealed. The adjustment knob(122a) is formed in such a manner that water is injected into the drain pipe(300).
