A cover for a lock having the function of a handle is provided to hide the dial and manipulating knob of a lock and prevent unnecessary manipulation by a third person. The cover for a lock having the function of a handle includes a support frame(10) in the shape of a rectangular frame having a hole for installing a lock inside, a cover(30), a handle recess, and a locking unit(50). The cover is pivotally connected to one side of the support frame(10) through a hinge(20). The locking unit selectively locks the cover(30), and comprises a hook(51) protruded from one side of the cover(30), and a protruding portion(52) protruded from one side of the support frame to correspond to the hook(51).
