A water cooling method for removing white smoke and a device thereof are provided to restrict white plume phenomenon from exhaust gas, and to prevent pollution by recycling circulation water for cooling exhaust gas with a wet washing tower. Exhaust gas is moved from an exhaust system(10) through a fan(20) to a wet washing tower(30), and circulation water is supplied from an inlet pipe(31) to a spray nozzle to cool exhaust gas of the wet washing tower. External air is streamed through an inlet duct(41) to a heat exchanger(50) by a blower(40). The heat exchanger exchanges heat between circulation water from the wet washing tower and external air. Exhaust gas is streamed from the wet washing tower through an inlet duct(61) to a stack(60), and mixed with external air and discharged through the stack. Circulation water is moved through an inlet pipe(34) to a fin tube by a pump(33) of the wet washing tower, and streamed into the wet washing tower through a circulation pipe(35) after exchanging heat. |
