A vacuum cooking apparatus with a high-frequency oscillator is provided to secure structure capable of supporting force produced by a pressure difference of the inside and outside of a cooking chamber caused by vacuum and capable of guiding high frequency produced from the high-frequency oscillator to the cooking chamber. A vacuum cooking apparatus(100) with a high-frequency oscillator(30) includes a cooking chamber(10); a vacuum device for reducing the pressure of the cooking chamber under atmospheric pressure; and the high-frequency oscillator producing high frequency to be irradiated to the cooking chamber. An opening(12) for passage of high frequency is formed in a wall(11) of the cooking chamber constituting the cooking chamber. A high-frequency transmission plate(13), supporting a pressure difference of the inside and outside of the cooking chamber produced in reducing the pressure of the cooking chamber and enabling transmission of high frequency, is installed to the opening.
