An impact buffering structure of a front side member for a vehicle is provided to absorb impact efficiently, and to increase the rigidity by threefold welding the rear side lower member, the reinforcement front side rear lower member and the reinforcement front side rear upper member and forming the arch section of the reinforcement front side rear upper member. An impact buffering structure of a front side member is composed of a front side inner member welded into a front side outer member to buffer impact at the side of an engine room of a vehicle, a rear side lower member(20) supporting the front side inner member and the front side outer member and having a space part with the angular U-shaped section, a rectangular reinforcement front side rear lower member(30) overlapped in the space part of the rear side lower member, and a reinforcement front side rear upper member(50) overlapped and welded into a reinforcement front side inner member by a flange part to cover the reinforcement front side rear lower member.
