A voice compressive storing and automatically forwarding/reproducing device where a sensor, a flash memory(storage device), and a digital clock are mounted is provided to move stored voice information data to other reproduction device according to a user's intention or to set an automatic reproduction time, thereby automatically reproducing the data through a speaker while the compressed voice data is released. A main controller(100) has a compression decompression/corder decoder program and a program for converting an analog voice into a digital voice signal. A key input unit(20) receives various commands from a user, and transmits the commands to the main controller(100). A USB or an IEEE1394 unit receives voice data. A preliminary port(40) has an external speaker or an earphone jack. An RTC(Real Time Clock)(80) checks a current time, and supplies time information to the main controller(100). An LCD(70) displays situations of a stored voice file, a reproduction time, and a name of the reproduced voice file. A flash memory(50) compressively stores a voice received from the preliminary port(40) or a tape player(60). The player(60) plays a tape where a general analog voice is stored. An infrared sensor and photo sensor(90) detects a user's movement, and sends the detected movement information to the main controller(100).
