PURPOSE: A rear panel assembly of an electronic apparatus is provided to reduce assembly time and manufacturing cost by using coupling units formed on a main body frame and the rear panel. CONSTITUTION: A rear panel assembly of an electronic apparatus includes a main body frame(10) of the electronic apparatus, a rear panel, and coupling units. The rear panel(20) is implemented on a rear portion of the main body frame. The coupling units(30) couple the rear panel with the main body frame. The coupling units include a guide portion and a locking portion. The guide portion(32) guides the rear panel such that the rear panel is easily coupled with the main body frame. The locking portion(33) holds the rear frame while the rear frame is attached to the main body frame.
