PURPOSE: A single lever-type actuator latch device of a disk drive is provided to enable a reliable operation by a latch unit operating according to a magnetic force and one latch lever operating by inertia, thereby guaranteeing a stable locking of an actuator. CONSTITUTION: The first latch and the second latch(221,222) are disposed in a section of a swing arm(132). A latch lever(210) consists of the first section(211) hooked over the first latch(221) when rotating in counterclockwise direction, and the second section(212) hooked over the second latch(222) when rotating in clockwise direction. A projection(234) is formed from an edge of a magnet(138). A latch pin(224) is composed of a magnetic substance to act on a magnetic force with the projection(234).
