A system and a method for the RMTM(Real-time Mobile Target Marketing) through real-time monitor of each shop using the wired/wireless Internet are provided to increase sales by monitoring event/shop conditions of a company offering an order/deliver/reservation service of an article through the wired/wireless Internet and sending an SMS(Short Message Service) message inducing purchase to members. An RMTM server(51) stores information for an RMTM condition of each shop and an event start condition of each company, analyzes a monitoring result by monitoring an order/delivery or reservation status of each company, and determines to perform target marketing based on an analysis result. If the RMTM is needed, the RMTM server controls forwarding of the SMS by searching customer information from a customer database(55) of the corresponding company. An SMS forwarding server(52) sends the SMS to the customers extracted from the customer database and stores forwarding details to an SMS forwarding database(54). A client server(53) selects/processes an order or reservation request based on the SMS forwarding details.
