A ground bait scoop is provided to prevent the scattering ground bait from being split by directly inserting the air into a space between the ground bait and an inner wall of a ground bait receiving unit and accordingly to throw the ground bait with keeping an original shape thereof. A ground bait scoop(10) is composed of a cup(11) having a ground bait receiving unit(13) forming an inner wall surface(14) by a recessed surface having an opening unit(15); a knob unit(12) connected to the outside of the cup; and a protruded unit(19) continued to the inner wall surface and protruded inward the ground bait receiving unit. The protruded unit is formed from the center of the inner wall surface to the knob unit. A communicating hole(23) is disposed at a front end(21) of the protruded unit and connected with the outside of the cup.
